Ascended Masters are guides who have had lifetimes on Earth and have evolved in their human and off planet experience to the highest level, and who have chosen to return to provide guidance to Humanity in its Ascension process.

Ascension is a human process of expansion of consciousness and physicality which ultimatelyallows for interdimensional awareness, communication, access, travel. In this process knowledge of truth and reality becomes clear over the process.  

Very basically, when we refer to "aspects" of ourselves, we are usually referring to other expressions of our soul, which is a fractal piece of a piece of a piece. . . of the Source (God) energy.  It could be past, present, future, in form on this planet or another, or in spirit form. As an example you may have been a King in a "past" life.  In reality, there is no past or future.  All lives you ever had exist in this NOW moment.

When we are planning lives in form (physical bodies), as well as other expressions of ourselves, at various times in our soul's experience, deciding how our soul essence can bring forward the most beneficial experience and knowledge for the Source (God), we create a "Divine Blueprint" which sets out themes, archetypes, contracts with other souls, intentions for our various lives and any number of other possible influences, which are held together energetically and can be accessed to assist with our spiritual development.

Dimensions can be a difficult concept to explain.  It's where our soul expression experiences and perceives reality,  Each dimension contains many additional levels to explore and transcend and each dimension has different "rules" of what is real and true. (i.e. Laws of Physics,) This is a huge topic and will be covered in a future blog post.  For now, consider that we are coming from living in a 3rd dimensional experience of focusing on what we see and feel, in duality (being separate from Source) by experiencing Past, Present and anticipating Future experience.  Many have now moved into a 4th dimensional experience with a focus on time, and moving to a focus on the current Ascension goal of moving into living fully a 5th Dimensional life. The 5th dimension focuses on unconditional love, compassion, unity consciousness and will have some really awesome instant manifestation.  Self healing will no longer be needed, because learning in that way will no longer exist.  Effortless creation from a place of love - imagine it! No, really, imagining is a big part of bringing this reality forward.

When I think of "fractal" what comes forward is the expression, "a Chip off the old block".  In our Holographic reality each "chip" contains everything from the original Block.  And as each chip, or fractal, comes off the previous fractal, each contains all that was contained in the original.  So now think of the "block" as Source (God) and each fractal, and fractal of a fractal, of a fractal, carries the energy and expression that is each human, each being, each form.  The further from the original the fractal becomes, the harder it is for that fractal to "know" itself as Source (God).  But each fractals contains everything within it to Know itself as God.  That's where consciousness comes in, and that's another definition.

Awareness, perception of what is, what is real, self awareness, As consciousness expands, our reality changes.

Karma is basically a balancing of energy.  Most people think of Karma as a balancing of energy from one lifetime to another.  Poverty in one lifetime results in abundance in another.  While this has been part of the Karmic expression for Thousands of years, In the current energies, we balance other lifetimes quickly through an awakening process and dispensations, and then Karma shows up fairly instantaneously.  We're no longer playing in form to learn a host of lessons, we're here to transcend those lessons and create new realities with the shifts in consciousness.  

Very basically, everything vibrates.  Frequency is a rate of vibration.  Each expression, carries a unique frequency.  Imagine, however, that this vibration is not linear or two dimensional; imagine that this vibrational frequency outside of a traditional scientific human definition, frequency exists across a multitude of dimensions.
